Smaller items are shipped via Fedex Ground.  Shipping rates are calculated off UPS's published rates. A physical shipping address is required.  No P.O. boxes, please.

Large items such as rafts and raft packages will be shipped with an LTL (Less Than Truckload) carrier.  An LTL carrier will require a business address with a loading dock or forklift.  The other option for LTL shipments is to pickup your items at the carriers local frieght terminal.

If any of your items happen to be on backorder, we will pay the shipping charges for that item  (rafts and kayaks not included it this offer).
